SOP: Safe Handling and Storage of Frozen Blueberries

Ensures compliance with Provincial and Federal workplace safety laws.

Purpose:

To ensure the safe handling, storage, and quality maintenance of frozen blueberries while minimizing contamination risks.

Scope:

This SOP applies to all employees involved in receiving, storing, and handling frozen blueberries at Oxford Frozen Foods.

Oxford Frozen Foods’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Training Course equips employees with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
